Terms

 

Please read these T&Cs carefully before purchasing, by purchasing from Happy-Hooves you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print these terms for your own records.

 

Prices

 

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting.  Any glitches, errors, or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possibly by email to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

 

Shipping

 

Standard UK delivery costs £4.00 or is free when spending over £50.00 (second class recorded)

 

 

First Class shipping is available at an extra cost depending on the weight of the parcel.

 

International postage is charged based on the weight of the parcel, please contact us for further details. We cannot be held liable for any Customs charges that may be incurred.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

 

Lost/Damaged Items

 

In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing in the post, we will offer a replacement or refund. However, we would kindly ask that UK orders allow 7 working days from shipping before notifying a parcel as lost, and all other orders allow 25 working days after posting.

 

If your item arrives damaged, then please email us with photographs detailing the damage as well as you possibly can, to enable us to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will of course offer replacements for any damaged items.

Returns and Cancellations

 

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

 

You can return an item for any reason, such as: Faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, and more.

 

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing (email is fine). We will then process your return.

 

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility then returns postage will be paid by us.

 

Please use Recorded Delivery when returning an item.

 

Returning Custom Items

 

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being if the are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. In this case please refer to the returns section of this document.
